A lot of people talk about healthy living, and even talk about working with things like kefir, but never truly explain how it has helped. They just go with the tag lines that come with a lot of healthy products, and while that’s fine and dandy, this site is not the same. In fact, this site has come to being with a focused approach that I have taken to fully understand what kefir is, and how it has helped me. That’s right, I have found kefir to be helpful in a lot of ways, and I have tasted, tested, and worked with it for some time. It’s for that reason why I can say that it has helped me and can help others as well. There are several ways that it has helped me, including the following.

Digestive Health

The first major thing that I saw working well is in my digestive health. I was able to start getting a helping hand with my digestion. I would no longer have heart burn, I would no longer have indigestion, and the symptoms related to IBS improved as well. I no longer had to fear spicy foods, dairy, or anything that used to make my stomach hurt. Overall, kefir is not a miracle cure. However, it has helped with a lot of benefits that others have found to be true. I can truly say that the probiotics found within the kefir, and making it at home was the major element that has helped me in many ways.
